Qualifications & Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you must:
- Provide a heartfelt and memorable customer experience at every visit.
- Step in for the Management team, addressing issues and guidance when required.
- Coordinate shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
- Maintain bar standards with safety, legality, and cleanliness – resolving challenges quickly.
Key Attributes:
- Attention to detail to ensure every pint is poured perfectly.
- Ability to set a positive example in customer service and teamwork.
- Agility and adaptability to tackle challenges on the fly.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do mindset.
