As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. Your responsibility is to maintain high standards and ensure our customers always leave happy.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you must:

  • Provide a heartfelt and memorable customer experience at every visit.
  • Step in for the Management team, addressing issues and guidance when required.
  • Coordinate shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
  • Maintain bar standards with safety, legality, and cleanliness – resolving challenges quickly.

  • Attention to detail to ensure every pint is poured perfectly.
  • Ability to set a positive example in customer service and teamwork.
  • Agility and adaptability to tackle challenges on the fly.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do mindset.
