Join Our Team as a Team Leader in Warehousing at Boots!
Contract: Full-time on site, Permanent

As a Team Leader in our Warehousing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our operations and supporting your colleagues to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehousing team, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. You will lead a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the warehousing team to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehousing or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to health and safety standards.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- A relevant qualification in logistics or supply chain management.
