Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, 7am to 3pm
Location: Milton Keynes

We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our operations and drive success.

What You'll Do
- Allocate tasks and deploy labour to meet shift plans.
- Work alongside the team to complete picking, packing, loading, put-away, and other warehouse tasks.
- Report and escalate incidents, near misses, and hazards in line with site processes.
- Act as the first line of support for colleague queries and concerns.
- Ensure correct product handling, labelling, and loading standards.
This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have previous Team Leader Experience
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- Are a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
