Team Leader – Old Manse Hotel (Bourton-on-the-Water)
Job Description
As a Team Leader, you’ll set standards for our team and ensure seamless operations so every shift runs smoothly. Your role includes:
- Delivering heartfelt and memorable customer experiences—every visit should be exceptional.
- Deputising management to resolve issues efficiently during busy shifts or in their absence.
- Coordinating and organising the team to maintain efficiency, quality, and a positive atmosphere.
- Ensuring the bar meets legal, safety, and cleanliness standards, fixing issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Service excellence: Be a role model for outstanding customer service—every guest deserves a warm welcome.
- Attention to detail: Ensure perfection in every task, including precision when poured, consistent quality standards, and operational smoothness.
- Problem-solving: Adapt quickly and confidently to challenges—think fast on your feet in high-pressure environments.
- Teamwork: Foster collaboration and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude throughout the team.

Experience & Qualifications
