Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver a seamless and efficient shift. You’ll uphold high performance standards while prioritising customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role
Guiding a Team Leader role at Farmhouse Inns, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences. We foster a culture of quality—where every dish is prepared with care:
- Meat slow-roasted for 14 hours
- Vegetables freshly prepared
- Yorkshire pudding (Yorkies) handmade daily
- Roast potatoes carefully crisped
- Giant cakes baked and hand-decorated in-house
Your leadership ensures these traditions continue while keeping both team members and customers happy.
Your Responsibilities
Customer & Service Leadership
- Deliver a heartfelt, memorable experience for every customer.
- Act as a deputy manager, resolving issues in the team’s or management’s absence.
