Team Leader
(£35,000 per annum.) Altrincham
About the Role
We are seeking a Full-time Team Leader who is:
- Well-organised
- Capable of leading a team

Requirements & Key Responsibilities
Core Skills & Experience
- Experience working with individuals who present challenging behaviours in service delivery
- Experience with individuals requiring enhanced needs is essential
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to assist parents and other professionals in their involvement

Day-to-day Tasks
The Team Leader will:
- Direct, deploy, and support a skilled team of support workers
- Ensure our values are upheld for both the team and the individuals they care for

Qualifications & Logistics
- Must hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification
- A driving licence is preferred
- Vehicle of the individual being supported will be available for use at all times
Working Hours
- Flexible to meet the needs of the service
- Total of 40 hours per week
