Team Leader
Team Leader – Permanent (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week) – Reading
Equans is seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Reading on a permanent, full-time basis. We offer a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Planning & Execution:
- Schedule Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PPM) programs and reactive works while ensuring contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Log and assign jobs on CAFM systems (including SAP, Coupa, and Planon) and other customer-based platforms, ensuring systems are continuously updated.

Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration:
- Liaise with both internal and external parties to provide updates and support when required, including issuing purchase orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with courier companies for sample collections when needed.

Analysis & Proactive Management:
- Conduct regular analysis of the current PPM regime to identify trends and optimise engineering allocation.
- Work with the management team to discuss and implement load balancing strategies for wider efficiency.

Client & Compliance Focus:
- Maintain awareness of customer engagement and brand reputation to deliver quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:

Essential:
- Proven experience using CAFM software (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Planon).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel and Outlook).
- Experience in procurement and supplier management.
- Exceptional customer focus and brand awareness.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S) regulations.

Desirable (Industry-Specific):
- Technical expertise within Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services.
- Experience in facilities/sustainable energy solutions.
