Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Deliver unforgettable customer experiences – ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied and looking forward to their next visit.
  • Act as a key point of contact for management, stepping in to resolve any issues when leaders are unavailable.
  • Organise and support the team during busy shifts, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain legal, safe, and hygienic standards across the pub and bar, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
