Team Leader

An ideal opportunity for an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant to take the next step in their career.
Shift Pattern-
12-hour Day shifts - 8:00am to 8.00pm 42 hours weekly Every other weekend included
Must have -
Full UK driving license Had license for more than 2 years Over the age of 25
What You Will Be Doing
Acting as a role model by leading and supervising carers day-to-day, working alongside them and completing regular staff appraisals. Ensure good team working. Motivate, support and mentor the staff when needed. Organising staff allocations and breaks Promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour and professional appearance.

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:
Strong communication skills Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously Effective decision making and judgement Strong planning and organisation skills Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent) Achieves all Health & Safety standards
