As a Team Leader, you’ll guide your team with confidence, ensuring seamless operation and outstanding customer care. You’ll be the glue that makes each shift run smoothly, maintaining our high standards while empowering your team to deliver unforgettable experiences—making every visit memorable.
Responsibilities
You will be tasked with:

Delivering exceptional service
- Spearheading a heartfelt, memorable experience for every customer in our establishments.

Management Agility
- Acting as a natural extension of senior management, stepping in seamlessly to resolve issues and oversee operations in their absence.

Shift Mastery
- Leading, coordinating, and optimising team workflows in high-pressure environments to ensure flawless execution.

Safety & Standards Compliance
- Maintaining stringent adherence to legal, health, and hygiene protocols (bar, food safety, staff/pub policies) and resolving issues swiftly and safely.

Quality Control
- Ensuring unwavering attention to detail—think precision in every pint, the proper handling of orders, and perfect service execution.
