Team Leader – Amberley Hall Care Home
As a Team Leader at Amberley Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering exceptional moments for our residents and providing high-quality care.

Salary: £13.61 per hour
Shift Pattern: Flexible (0-hour contract) on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday)
Location: Baldock Drive, King’s Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the care team during your shift.
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
- Oversee supervision, performance management, and appraisals to help staff unlock their potential.
- Carry out enhanced clinical duties, including:
- Monitoring blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, temperature, and blood oxygenation levels
- Tracking urine output
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- A passionate commitment to care, prioritising residents' needs.
- Professional experience in a similar senior care role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, empower, support, and motivate teams.
