Team Leader Care
Team Leader – Care UK (Winchcombe Place, Newbury)
Location: Newbury Hours: 45 hours per week Salary: £15.19 per hour + excellent benefits

The Role
- Leading and supervising your shift
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You
✔ NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable) ✔ Well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work appropriately ✔ Proven ability to lead and supervise others ✔ Strong understanding of care planning processes ✔ Experience in (or willingness to train for) administering medication ✔ A natural ability to help others live more fulfilling lives
