Team Leader – Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Oldbury, Birmingham
Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 incl sleep ins
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We're recruiting for two Team Leaders to join an exciting new children's residential home in Oldbury as it prepares to welcome its first young people.
This is an opportunity to join a provider that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a stable, nurturing environment where children can thrive. With experienced leadership already in place, you'll become one of the key senior members of the founding team.
The Role
As Team Leader, You Will
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
- Act as a positive role model for Residential Support Workers
- Promote safeguarding and high-quality care
- Support children with their daily routines, education and independence
- Complete key working responsibilities and accurate records
- Help create a warm, therapeutic and child-focused home
- Participate in sleep-ins as part of the rota

About You
You'll ideally have:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
- At least one year's experience within children's residential care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A caring, resilient and positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to commute locally to Oldbury
