This vacancy is only available for applications from existing Internal Plymouth City Council employees and Agency Workers who are in an active placement and have 12 weeks continuous service. Applications submitted by External candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered and will be rejected.

As a Team Leader in the Connect to Work team at Plymouth City Council, you will lead a group of Employment Specialists who support individuals with health conditions, disabilities, or complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful employment.

The team you will lead will be predominantly based around delivery of SEQF so knowledge and understanding of this and associated fidelity will be beneficial.
