Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. You’ll uphold high standards while prioritising customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues promptly in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain Bar Standards: safety, legality, and cleanliness—addressing concerns swiftly.
