Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues promptly in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain Bar Standards: safety, legality, and cleanliness—addressing concerns swiftly.
