Team Leader – Greene King Pubs
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver smooth, efficient operations. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards while keeping customers delighted—making our pubs the heart of the community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, creating a heartfelt and memorable experience for every guest.
- Step in as required for managerial duties, resolving challenges and issues when the team leads are unavailable.
- Coordinate team efforts during busy shifts, scheduling staff effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain bar compliance—ensuring the工作环境始终安全、合法且清洁，及时解决任何风险事项。
Qualifications & Expectations
As a Team Leader, you’ll need to:
