Team Leader
About the Role
As a Team Leader at Greene King’s Garrick pub in Stratford-upon-Avon, you’ll be central to ensuring our team delivers exceptional community-focused service and a memorable experience for customers. You’ll lead your team by example to ensure smooth operation, high standards, and general happiness and positivity.

Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Deputise for the senior management team, resolving issues promptly in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate staff during busy shifts, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and legality in the bar and pub environment.

What You’ll Do
- Set the standard: Ensure that every drink is poured flawlessly and the team exemplifies excellent service and a welcoming attitude.
- Operational excellence: Lead a well-managed team that delivers exceptional service, maintaining and elevating our pub’s reputation as a local favourite.
- Adaptability & problem-solving: Stay composed under pressure and quickly adapt to changing demands during hectic shifts.
- Commitment to teamwork: Foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative culture within your team.
Requirements & Fit
- Experience leading a frontline team, preferably in the hospitality, pub or café sector.
- A passion for creating genuine connections between Greene King’s vision and customers' expectations.

- A positive influence within your team, championing high standards and creating a friendly atmosphere.
