Shift Pattern
- 5 days out of 7
- Rotating 6am - 2pm / 2.00pm - 10.00pm
Job Purpose
To lead the team in achieving their required metrics for the area, with a key focus on team member safety, product quality and process optimisation, providing daily support and coaching to all team members.
Responsibilities
- Pack products to specification
- Load baskets and stack pallets
- Complete quality checks
- Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards
- Report faults and equipment issues
- Maintain high cleaning standards
- Minimise waste
- Follow Health & Safety procedures

Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Positive and reliable attitude
- Able to follow instructions
- Team player
- Food production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full training provided
Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working Rotating 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10.00pm shift pattern, giving you more time for yourself.
