As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered to succeed. This is more than a traditional people management role. As the expectations of leaders continue to evolve, you'll play an important role in developing capability, supporting change and creating the conditions for both colleagues and clients to succeed.
Working closely with peers and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll use data, insight and technology to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure clients receive the high-quality support they deserve.
About The Role

As the role of Team Leader continues to evolve, we're looking for leaders who can balance operational excellence with coaching, development and leadership. Success in this role comes from creating the conditions for others to perform at their best, helping colleagues build capability, embrace change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Alongside your people leadership responsibilities, you'll monitor performance, analyse trends and use insight to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. You'll provide clear direction and support, helping colleagues understand expectations, build capability and achieve their potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Day to day, you'll:
- Lead, coach and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Create an inclusive and supportive team culture where colleagues feel valued, trusted and motivated to succeed.
- Use performance data, insight and technology to identify trends, improve performance and support informed decision-making.
- Support colleagues through change, helping them adapt to new ways of working with confidence.
- Hold regular coaching and development conversations, building capability and supporting career growth.
- Set clear expectations and create accountability while maintaining a positive and constructive leadership approach.
- Monitor quality, performance and client outcomes, taking action where improvements are required.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver operational priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion client-focused thinking, ensuring fair, consistent and high-quality outcomes are at the heart of everything the team does.
About You
You'll be a confident and compassionate leader who enjoys helping others succeed. You understand that great performance comes from creating the right environment, balancing support, challenge and accountability to help people perform at their best.
You Will Bring
- Experience leading, coaching or developing individuals or teams in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience creating positive team cultures that balance performance, accountability and colleague development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build trust.
- Experience using performance data and insight to support decision-making and drive improvement.
- The ability to balance people leadership with operational delivery and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a calm and resilient approach.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes and supporting colleagues to achieve their potential.

- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday hours between 8am - 6pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
