The Role: Field Care Supervisor

Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding areas including Stockport, Oldham and Denton

For this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car. Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: £14.95 per hour

  • Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
  • Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
  • Travel across services within Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
  • Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
  • Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
