We’re looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to join our store team and bring energy, positivity, and fantastic energy to the role!

In this role, you’ll work closely with your Store Manager to keep the team motivated and ensure every customer enjoys a fantastic experience—with great products and a smile!

When your Store Manager is away, you’ll step up confidently, managing the store smoothly and effectively.


The Day-to-Day

You’ll take a proactive role in running our store effectively:

  • Creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Leading by example and embodying our cardfactory values
  • Growing your own skills while supporting your team’s development
  • Driving commercial success and keeping team morale high
  • Managing numbers to ensure smooth operations and team thrive
