About the Role At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Team Leader in our Food Services team, you’ll take the lead in one of our branded outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
You'll be hands-on in operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, maintaining team confidence, capability, and customer focus. Your responsibilities include managing daily routines, supporting new starters, and ensuring food safety and brand standards are consistently met. This role involves everything from prepping food and managing queues to resolving issues—making you a crucial part of your team’s success.

Requirements
Experience & Qualities
- Experience working in food service or hospitality.
- A willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
