About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Team Leader in our food services team, you’ll take the lead in one of our branded outlets — Greggs, Subway, or Burger King — supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
You’ll be hands-on in the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes managing daily routines, supporting new starters, and guaranteeing food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing food
- Managing queues
- Solving customer or operational issues
- Leading by example and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment.
- A willingness to take on responsibility and support team members as they grow.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings where required.
No formal qualifications are required, but experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
