Role Overview
At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Team Leader in our food services team, you’ll take the lead in supporting your team in delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service within our branded outlets – Greggs, Subway, or Burger King.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations within your outlet
- Support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage daily routines and maintain food safety standards
- Enforce brand consistency and quality expectations
- Offer guidance to new starters and foster a supportive, positive environment
- Handle operational tasks, from food preparation to handling queues efficiently

Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to take responsibility, coach, and guide others
- Strong communication and positive attitude
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights, as required
