About the Role
At Asda, we’re here to help you find your everything. As a Team Leader in our food services team, you’ll take the lead in one of our branded outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver:
- Fast, friendly, and high-quality service
- Efficient operational management
- A strong sense of brand consistency
- Food safety adherence
You’ll upgrade team confidence, handle daily procedures, guide new employees, and ensure customer-focused excellence in every aspect of your brand’s delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the standard for customer service excellence
- Run efficient operations during peak and off-peak hours
- Prep and deliver food to meet quality standards
- Build trust and leadership within your team
- Troubleshoot issues to keep service running smoothly
- Represent the brand authentically in everything you do

Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered, bring:
- Proven experience in food services or hospitality
- Responsibility come-hell-or-high-water mentality—support colleagues through growth too
- Stellar communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to manage a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
