About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Team Leader in our Food Services Team, you’ll take the lead at one of our branded outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service.
You’ll be hands-on in the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining a customer-focused, confident, and capable team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily routines
- Supporting new colleagues
- Upholding food safety and brand standards
- Prepping food
- Overseeing queues and problem-solving
- Leading by example

Requirements
