Role Overview

Location: FS - 1371 Beacon Hill Burger King Employment Type: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Afternoons Hours per Week: 36 Pay Rate: £13.71 Category: Retail Hourly Colleagues, Store Management Closing Date: 15 July 2026

You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring your team is confident, capable, and focused on customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily routines and workflow
  • Supporting new team members
  • Upholding food safety and brand standards
  • Assisting with prep, queue management, and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in food prep, service, and queue management during busy shifts.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates with: ✔ Experience in food service or hospitality (essential). ✔ A willingness to take responsibility and mentor others. ✔ Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude. ✔ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
