About the Role
As a Twilight Team Leader, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of your department while serving as a key support figure for your team and customers.
- Leading by example: By supporting colleagues, maintaining services, and resolving issues, you’ll exemplify excellence in customer care.
- Key responsibilities:
- Manage stock, onboard new recruits, and troubleshoot problems on the shop floor for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with managers to uphold high service standards and keep the team engaged and productive.

Requirements
Experience and skills you’ll bring:
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
- Flexibility: Happy to work evenings, weekends, and variable shifts.
