About the Role

As a Twilight Team Leader, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of your department while serving as a key support figure for your team and customers.

  • Leading by example: By supporting colleagues, maintaining services, and resolving issues, you’ll exemplify excellence in customer care.
  • Key responsibilities:
    • Manage stock, onboard new recruits, and troubleshoot problems on the shop floor for a seamless experience.
    • Collaborate closely with managers to uphold high service standards and keep the team engaged and productive.
