Team Leader – The Perfume Shop

At The Perfume Shop, our Team Leaders work hard to ensure both team members and customers feel valued, confident, and special.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store while leading by example to motivate and support a diverse team. Your efforts will help deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Contract Details

  • Contracted Hours: 12
  • Contract Type: Permanent contract
  • Pay Rate: £14.49 per hour

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring staff to set them up for success.
  • Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets—with fantastic incentives and prizes on offer.
  • Supporting the Store Manager with:
    • Rostering and payroll management.
    • Preventing stock loss.
    • Store procedures and initiatives.
  • Taking over as a key holder in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who embodies Talent, Passion, and Spark. Ideally, you:

  • Have a talent for building relationships, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Are passionate about teamwork and driving collective success.
  • Bring enthusiasm for learning—especially about perfumes.
  • Have the flexibility to adapt to different work patterns.
  • Have previous experience leading a team or be an experienced sales advisor ready for your next step.
