Our brand new, purpose-built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73-residents.
Team Leader Contract
- £15.00 per hour
- Full and Part-time hours available
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day to day leadership and delivery of care within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high quality and person centred support at all times. Working alongside the nursing and management team, you will help maintain standards, support compliance and ensure best practice is consistently followed.
- You will lead shifts, supervise and support care staff, and take responsibility for the coordination of care delivery. This includes overseeing care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management, ensuring all practices align with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
- You will act as a role model within the team, promoting positive working practices, supporting staff development and ensuring a culture of respect, dignity and accountability.
- You will also contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement, helping to maintain a well run and high performing service.
- The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.

What We Are Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Medication administration training with competency
- Experience leading or supporting a care team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
