Team Leader – UK Retail
Department: UK Retail Location: Hermiston Gait (EHG) Compensation: £13.32 per hour

We’re looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
- Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team.
- Keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication.
- Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
Operational Excellence
- Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are always top-notch.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to guarantee smooth workflows.
- Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for both customers and colleagues.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
