Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll...

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to ensure the team has everything needed for smooth-shift operations.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure our customers consistently receive a delightful experience.
  • Represent and deputise for the management team, resolving issues in their absence.

Customer Excellence

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
  • Set standards for delivering warm, friendly service.

Bar & Operations Oversight

  • Organise and coordinate teams during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
  • Safeguard the bar’s legality, hygiene, and cleanliness—addressing issues promptly and safely.
