Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to ensure the team has everything needed for smooth-shift operations.
- Maintain high standards and ensure our customers consistently receive a delightful experience.
- Represent and deputise for the management team, resolving issues in their absence.
Customer Excellence
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
- Set standards for delivering warm, friendly service.
Bar & Operations Oversight
- Organise and coordinate teams during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
- Safeguard the bar’s legality, hygiene, and cleanliness—addressing issues promptly and safely.
