Team Leader Role
The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and leadership of staff and deployment of resources within the integrated area team.
To provide support to the service manager to meet the aims and objectives of the Children’s Zone 5-19 and the School Age Immunisation Service.
Develops and supports a team of staff who provide services for Children, young People and Families within an area team.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the leadership, development, supervision and professional direction of the Team.
The Team Leader will ensure that audit programmes, supervision and PDR processes are in place.
The Team Leader will be responsible for facilitating effective communication within the team.
Day to day leadership and management of teams, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
The Team Lead will lead on the contract requirements regarding quality and performance in collaboration with service commissioners.
