About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic Team Leader to join the SpudBros Express at EG On the Move. In this role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring every customer leaves happy and every team member feels supported. You’ll lead from the front:
- Supervising your team
- Keeping service running smoothly
- Ensuring our legendary loaded spuds are served with care and consistency
From maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards to motivating your team and delivering great customer experiences, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive environment and delivering top-notch quality.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, maintaining customer satisfaction
- Assist in running the store smoothly during shifts, ensuring:
- Team members effectively manage customer flow
- Supplies are restocked
- Store cleanliness is maintained
- Oversee and assist with cash handling, ensuring:
- Accuracy in cash register transactions
- Reconciling the till at the end of shifts
- Monitor the store to maintain quick service times, ensuring quality and accuracy in every order
- Maintain the SpudBros Express branding by keeping the store:
- Visually appealing
- Well-maintained
- Aligned with brand guidelines
- Create a positive, can-do atmosphere and deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the brand in the community

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a team leader role, preferably within a QSR, hospitality, or retail environment
- Ability to work effectively with others, including the Store Manager and team members, fostering a team-oriented and inclusive atmosphere
- Motivation to progress within EG On The Move through innovative ideas and strategies
- Cool under pressure – Highly organised, solution-focused
- Willingness to represent the brand, appearing in content, sharing the good vibe, and helping showcase EG On the Move online and in the community
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
