As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our bustling bakery, driving the team to success and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your role will include overseeing the efficient running of the store, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Assist in running the store smoothly during shifts, ensuring:
    • Team members effectively manage the flow of customers
    • Supplies are restocked appropriately
    • Store cleanliness is maintained
  • Oversee and assist with cash handling:
    • Ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
    • Reconcile the till at the end of the shift
  • Monitor the store to maintain quick service times while ensuring quality and accuracy in every order

Requirements

  • Experience in a team leader role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively with others, including the Store Manager and team members, fostering a team-oriented and inclusive atmosphere
  • Motivation to progress within EG On The Move through innovative ideas and strategies
