What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of the store experience:

  • Creating standout customer moments – leading by example through exceptional service
  • Driving results naturally – supporting the team to achieve KPIs through great experiences
  • Motivating and supporting your team – coaching, onboarding, and building engagement
  • Keeping the store sharp and inspiring – ensuring operational and visual standards are delivered
  • Supporting commercial performance – using insight and awareness to optimise results
  • Learning constantly – developing your leadership, product knowledge, and commercial understanding
