What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the store experience:
- Creating standout customer moments – leading by example through exceptional service
- Driving results naturally – supporting the team to achieve KPIs through great experiences
- Motivating and supporting your team – coaching, onboarding, and building engagement
- Keeping the store sharp and inspiring – ensuring operational and visual standards are delivered
- Supporting commercial performance – using insight and awareness to optimise results
- Learning constantly – developing your leadership, product knowledge, and commercial understanding
