About The Job
Location: Bridport Contracted Hours Available: 17
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store!
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of it, supporting your Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with exactly what they came in for—and a smile to go with it. When your Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.
The Day-To-Day
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store—creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success. You’ll lead by example, showing what great service looks like and bringing the cardfactory Way to life. Along the way, you’ll help others grow while continuing to build your own skills. With your energy and commercial know-how, you’ll:
