About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that your team has everything needed so shifts run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibility includes maintaining high standards while ensuring customers leave with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service & Experience: Provide exceptional service and create a memorable experience for every visitor.
  • Team Coordination: Deputise for management and resolve issues when they arise.
  • Shift Management: Organise and coordinate teams during busy shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold high standards in bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing any potential issues promptly and responsibly.
