Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Lincoln

35 hours per week – £13.71 per hour

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Some of our hosts include:

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing:

  • Face-to-face contact
  • Hands-on merchandising expertise in our partner stores
  • Line management responsibility for our team of Retail Associates

In return, we provide:

  • No weekend working

Contract Details:

  • 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Pay rate: £13.71 per hour

Location: Lincoln (multisite role covering this zone)

Job Role Responsibilities

You will need to be:

  • Host and customer-focused, embodying a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands
  • Capable of consistently delivering excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
  • Ready to provide:
    • Line management support for your team of retail associates
    • Zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise when needed
  • Able to follow all operational processes and policies, ensuring an efficient and safe store environment

You’ll access your scheduling appointments via a mobile-friendly system.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Essential Qualifications/Experience:
    • Supervisory experience in retail settings is a must
    • Enthusiasm for working in a team and building productive relationships
    • ability to work independently, following both written and visual instructions

      • iOS 13.4 or later
    • Comfortable using mobile apps and software
