Job Description
This position handles day-to-day service issues within an operation. You will work with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. You will facilitate the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
The shift hours are from 1 pm to 9 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required on an ad-hoc basis. This is a fixed term position. Total working hours are 37.5 hours per week.

- Coordinating daily center activates and day to day service issues.
- Providing support to administrative team.
- Training and development of employee, including follow up to ensure compliance and accuracy and managing a team to achieve results.
- Customer Service: resolving customer concerns to include escalation calls and service requests.
- Maintaining Data Systems for Package Operations, including the auditing and analysis of package operations information.
- Overseeing the center's systems, databases and office administration.
- Driving results for the Centre across all work groups.
Your Skills
- Customer Focus, Integrity, Initiative
- Interpersonal skills, including teamwork, co-operation, ability to manage conflict, motivate and develop others, and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Knowledge of the UPS operation and UPS in-house systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
