About the Role
As a Twilight Team Leader, you’ll lead your department smoothly, ensuring every task runs efficiently while putting customers and colleagues first. You’ll drive performance by:
- Setting an example – demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and sales excellence.
- Supporting colleagues – from onboarding new team members to troubleshooting issues on the shop floor.
- Ensuring operational excellence – managing stock, compliance, and processes to uphold Asda’s standards.
- Collaborating with your manager – to set key goals, maintain team morale, and deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating your team, ensuring a positive and high-performing culture.
- Handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth, thorough and pleasant shopping experience.
- Assigning daily tasks, managing workloads, and resolving operational challenges.
- Contributing to loss prevention, assortment replenishment, and departmental sustainability.
- Fostering Asda’s values – staying focused, responsible, and customer-driven.
