Team Leader – Supported Living Service
Newcastle upon Tyne
Full-time | Rotational On-Call

Lifeways Group is on the lookout for a confident, driven Team Leader to help shape outstanding Supported Living services in Newcastle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of fantastic Support Workers
- Working alongside the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly
- Championing person-centred care and positive outcomes
- Making sure standards, safety, and quality are never compromised
- Driving continuous improvement and setting the tone for excellence
- Taking part in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota

What we’re looking for
- Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment
- A natural leader with energy, resilience, and heart
- Flexible, organised, and ready to step up when it matters
- Passionate about helping people live independent, fulfilling lives
