Team Leader
Logoplaste UK, is currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader in Coleford.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be required to:
- Work as an integral part of the team.
- Demonstrate a good hands-on approach.
Key Tasks & Activities
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage the team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the daily operations of the organisation flow smoothly.
- Provide support, direction, and assistance to the team in all areas.
- Engage in daily interaction with customers—prioritise clear communication and product knowledge for effective resolution.
- Create and sustain a culture aligned to Logoplaste’s corporate values by:
- Role-modelling behaviours.
- Motivating and encouraging team members.
- Recognising their contributions.

Who We Are Looking For
Background and Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
- A broad range of experience in different areas of Production.
- Knowledge of our Automation System (advantageous).
- Experience with Logoplaste’s production and supply processes.
- Demonstrates recognised competence consistent with the role.
- Potential to:
- Lead, engage, train, and develop direct reports.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
