About the Role

Lead a national 24/7 On-Call Operations team supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high-performing team and ensure safe, compliant after-hours service delivery.

  • Lead a high-performing On-Call Operations team

Skills & Experience

  • Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services
  • Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
  • Manage critical incidents and operational risk
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience
  • Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
