Team Leader - Anglian Water Alliance
Location: Norwich or Ipswich
Hours: 45 hours per week

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network across the Anglian Water region. Working on large diameter repairs, installations, and small main laying programmes, you'll lead a dedicated team whilst ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained. Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of one to five operatives on large-scale water utility schemes
- Ensuring all works comply with health, safety, and environmental legislation whilst maintaining excellent site standards
- Communicating effectively with delivery agents, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve any issues
- Overseeing the completion of all safety reporting measures, site inspections, and required documentation
- Managing stock control, timesheets, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements
This role of Team Leader is great for you if you:
- Hold a Full driving licence with B+E towing entitlement
- Have NRSWA, EUSR, SHEA accreditation, CSCS card (skilled), and SSSTS qualifications
- Possess NPORS/CPCS operator certification and NVQ in Service laying and Main laying
- Are experienced as a team leader within the water utilities sector
- Can coach and manage individuals effectively, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment
