Job Description
As a Team Leader, you’ll:
- Lead by example to ensure every shift runs smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards, keeping customers satisfied and happy
- Create a professional environment where the whole team performs at its best

As a Team Leader, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit
- Deputise for managers to resolve any operational issues or challenges
- Coordinate and organise the team during busy shifts to ensure seamless service
- Maintain safety, legality, and cleanliness in the bar, addressing any issues swiftly
- Ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and legal standards
