Team Leader – Property Management
Location: Becket House, Worthing
Brand: Leaders
Salary: £35,000 plus a further £5,000 in commission Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm Hybrid Working: On successful completion of a 6-month probation period, hybrid working (up to 2 days a week) will be offered.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Team Leader – Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team at Becket House, Worthing.
To excel in this role, you will be either:
- A current Senior Property Manager looking to step up, or
- A current Team Leader within property with experience in leading a team.
You will oversee a team of Property Managers, providing daily support and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily morning meetings
- Provide guidance on implementing new legislation and processes
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints, proposing and undertaking appropriate actions
- Assist with training coordination and delivery
- Support Property Management through mentoring and guidance to meet strategic objectives
- Undertake audits of property management departments, in collaboration with branch audits
- Ensure best practices in property management are shared across the team
- Monitor compliance with gas safety procedures, addressing any issues flagged
- Track and address overdue workflows within the team
- Review and address churn reports, having relevant conversations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service for internal and external stakeholders, working with Regional Property Manager (RPM) to implement changes
- Contribute to group projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution alongside RPM
- Enforce strategic objectives within the team
- Conduct interviews for vacant property management roles
- Ensure adequate departmental coverage during holidays and days off
- Monitor the workload of Property Managers, identifying ways to support team morale and efficiency
