Team Leader, Hungry Horse
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring your team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll uphold high standards while keeping customers delighted every time they visit.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in:
- Ensuring customers receive a heartfelt, memorable experience every visit.
- Stepping in for management when needed, handling issues effectively.
- Coordinating the team during hectic shifts to maintain smooth operations.
- Giving the bar utmost attention—ensuring it’s safe, legal, and clean, while resolving problems quickly and safely.
