About the Service

Our brand-new home in Nottingham is based in a lovely setting in Kirkby-In-Ashfield.

This brand-new home will support some of the most vulnerable children, providing short-term care while longer-term placements are identified. The home will operate as part of a multi-agency partnership, delivering wraparound care with input from health services, including the CAMHS crisis team, to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.

We will offer a safe, stable and nurturing environment for one child or young person, who requires support in an emergency or with very little notice. The children and young people living in our home will have experienced significant childhood trauma. Central to our mission is the delivery of tailored, therapeutic care that acknowledges and responds to the profound impact trauma can have.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A bit about the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our brand-new children’s residential home, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape a service from the ground up. As a residential Team Leader you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them truly feel at home.
