Job Description
As a TeamLeader, you’ll lead by example to ensure smooth operations, keeping your team happy, supported, and delivering high standards. Your focus? Customer satisfaction, team unity, and seamless shift management—so that every visit feels flawless.
Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences—ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable moments and good will.
- Step into management duties—deputising when needed, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring service continuity.
- Pair flow & teamwork: Coordinate staff during busy shifts to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance & safety: Monitoring the bar environment—certifying legal standards, hygiene, and health protocols—while resolving any issues quickly and safely.
